A daredevil Smilodon populator shows his enormous canines to two terror birds(Titanis walleri) for defending his turf against them.Actually,The giant Titanis was extinct before the arrival of S.populator, one of the biggest cats of all the times in South america.But as the top predators of two separate times an encounter between them would seem quite amazing.
I used Artrage 4 to create the animals and PS CS6 for creating the foreground grasses and mixing the background.

Yes but North American Smilodon species DID exist at the same time and some Titanis moved to North America, tough the Titanis that moved to Nort America stayed the same species.
