Description

Samotherium is an extinct genus of giraffe from the Miocene and Pliocene of Eurasia and Africa. Samotherium had two ossicones on its head, and long legs. The ossicones usually pointed upward, and were curved backwards, with males having larger, more curved ossicones, though, in the Chinese species, S. sinense, the straight ossicones point laterally, not upwards. The genus is closely related to Shansitherium.(en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samother…).Some authors believe that it grazed on the low-lying grass of late Miocene Africa and Eurasia rather than nibbling the high leaves of trees.they stood up to 2-2.5m at the shoulders,so they were tall enough to consume short tree leaves...
I made this Samotherium in Artrage4 and PS CS6 and it took me about three days of partial work.I hope you like it...:-)
